Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Refrigeration Distributors! We strive to offer fast, reliable shipping options to ensure you receive your order in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.
- Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- If there are any delays due to high demand or special order items, we will notify you promptly.
- For orders selected for pick-up, we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of the items.
- For total order items above 15kg or for bulky items, we will contact you to advise you of shipping costs.
- We offer express shipping as our standard option and delivery times are 2-3 business days.
- Same-day shipping is available in Sydney Metropolitan area and is available when the order is placed before 10am. When selected at check-out, we will contact you to advise you of shipping costs.
- Shipping Areas
- We currently ship to all Australian states. International shipping is not available at this time.
- Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout for all NSW, VIC, QLD, SA metropolitan areas for total orders under 15kg. For any regional areas and the states of NT, TAS and WA, we will contact you to advise you of shipping costs.
- Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
- Shipping Restrictions
- Certain items may have restrictions or special handling requirements. Some products may be available only for pick-up.
- We only ship to business or residential addresses. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
- We may require signature on delivery.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments
- In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. We may request photos of the damage to facilitate a prompt resolution.
- If a shipment is lost, we will work with the carrier to locate your package. In case of non-recovery, we will issue a replacement or refund.
- Returns and Refunds
- Please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to return items. Only items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.
